Wellington Guelph Drug Strategy Quarterly Learning Series in partnership with FASD Coordinators for Dufferin Child and Family Services
Join us for a practical, introductory webinar designed to deepen understanding of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). This webinar will explore what FASD is, common traits and characteristics, and how the disability can impact behaviour and daily functioning. The session will also highlight strengths-based, brain-based strategies to support individuals with FASD and build confidence when responding to their unique needs.
About the presenters: Tara Leskey and Jennie Hilts are the FASD Coordinators for Dufferin Child and Family Services, supporting children, youth, and families from ages 0–18 across Dufferin, Wellington, and Guelph. Together, Tara and Jennie offer knowledgeable, compassionate, and comprehensive support to individuals living with FASD and the teams who care for them.
