Prevention Programs

Strengthening Families for the Future  (SFF) is a 14-week prevention and family-strengthening program for children aged 7-11 and their parents.  The program is available in Guelph and Wellington County throughout the year, and is offered by the Wellington Guelph Drug Strategy.

Strengthening Families For Parents and Youth  (SFPY) is a 9-week prevention and family-strengthening program for youth aged 12-16 and their parents.  The program has been offered in the city of Guelph and the county of Wellington throughout 2012-2013.

Families and Schools Together is a family-based prevention program that is offered through a variety of schools in Guelph and Wellington County.

V.I.P. is an education and prevention program offered to grade six, seven and eight students in elementary schools throughout the City of Guelph.

D.A.R.E. is an education and prevention program offered to grade six students in elementary schools throughout Wellington County.
